This policy explains what information Genesis collects, how it is used to operate the platform, and how we handle security, billing, analytics, and support-related data.
Genesis may collect account details such as email address, profile information, authentication provider data, subscription status, credit balance, project metadata, prompts, generated outputs, and usage events required to operate the service.
We may also collect technical data needed for security and reliability, including IP-related request metadata, browser information, device signals, error reports, and rate-limit or abuse-detection events.
We use data to authenticate users, provision accounts, deliver workspace generation and iteration, process billing, enforce feature limits, protect the platform, investigate incidents, and improve product quality.
Prompt content and generated outputs may be processed by integrated model providers or infrastructure services only as needed to deliver the requested functionality.
Genesis may inspect prompts and generated outputs for unsafe content, prompt-injection attempts, secret leakage, or other signs of abuse. Suspicious requests may be flagged, blocked, redacted, logged, or escalated for review.
We use monitoring, rate limiting, and error-event logging to protect the service and maintain platform stability.
Billing and subscription events may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Genesis does not store full payment card numbers. Billing metadata, customer IDs, subscription IDs, and entitlement events may be stored to support checkout and account management.
Genesis may share data with service providers strictly as needed to operate the platform, including authentication, storage, payment, AI inference, error monitoring, and hosting infrastructure vendors.
We do not sell personal information as part of Genesis product operations described here.
We retain account, billing, project, and operational data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support account recovery or security review.
You are responsible for exporting or backing up important project output before deleting accounts or workspaces.
If you have privacy questions or requests regarding your Genesis account data, contact Genesis support through the official support channel made available in the product or on the Genesis website.
