Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Genesis, including workspace generation, billing, publishing, and exported code. By using Genesis, you agree to the terms below.

Updated March 15, 2026

1. Use of Genesis

Genesis provides AI-assisted product generation, iteration, preview, publishing, and export tools. You may use the platform only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

You are responsible for the prompts, project content, generated outputs you choose to keep, and any external services or credentials you connect to your projects.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Genesis promptly.

Genesis may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for abuse, fraud, harmful automation, prompt-exfiltration attempts, credential leakage, or activity that threatens platform integrity.

3. Billing and Credits

Paid features, generation credits, publishing access, and export access may depend on your subscription tier or credit balance. Charges are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle selected at checkout.

Credits may be deducted based on feature usage, including generation, iteration, or advisory analysis. Unused credits, refunds, and subscription changes are handled according to the active billing policies displayed at purchase time.

4. Generated Output and Ownership

You retain responsibility for reviewing and validating all generated output before shipping, publishing, exporting, or using it in production. Genesis may help you build, but it does not replace engineering, legal, or security review.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and any payment obligations, Genesis grants you the right to use and export project output generated within your workspace.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Genesis to attempt prompt exfiltration, secret harvesting, malware distribution, phishing, credential stuffing, unlawful surveillance, abuse of third-party services, or any activity intended to bypass security or platform controls.

Genesis may apply automated screening, redaction, logging, or blocking to suspicious requests or outputs in order to protect users and platform infrastructure.

6. Availability and Limits

Genesis is provided on an evolving platform basis. Features, limits, providers, pricing, supported export formats, and publishing capabilities may change over time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or suitability for every production use case. You are responsible for backups, release review, and deployment decisions.

7. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, billing, or account access, contact Genesis support through the official support channel made available in the product or on the Genesis website.
